Q: Would I be able to find a match in the State I live or the surrounding States.?

A: There is a good possibility, since we have members residing throughout USA and Canada. Of course narrower the area , less the choices.

Q: What if I change my mind. Do I get my money back.?

A: Generally speaking , no. The application fee is non-refundable. But we have returned money to the few who had asked for, to there amazement. Of course we got lot more referrals from them.

Q: Can we get matches from Pakistan?

A: Yes. We do have members residing in Pakistan in all major cities.

Q: What are the regular office hours.?

A: Regular timings are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Q: Whats the difference between Basic & Premium service.?

A: Basic service is only limited for 1 year. Premium service has no time limit. Premium members can call after hours and weekends for consultation.

Q: I had some bad experiences, why should I trust you.?

A: I am sure there some are some bad services. Our track record speaks for itself. Majority of our new members are referrals , which speaks highly of the kind of service we provide.
