* Humasmatrimonial is a matchmaking service who will maintain your database and match it with the information provided by others to suggest compatible individuals. Humasmatrimonial conducts necessary interviews as part of the initial screening.

* Your address, telephone numbers, email address and pictures provided by you to Humasmatrimonial as part of the application and registration process shall remain confidential and shall exchanged/disclosed after the verbal/written consent of the two parties being individual.

* Once you have been introduced to a candidate/family, you will pursue the contacts through further inquiries or investigation.

* Humasmatrimonial does not do any background check of the match of his/her family.

* Humasmatrimonial does not take any guarantee(s), includingthe guaranteeing the number of introductions, since the introductions are  based solely on the data compatibility built from the information provided by the parties concerned.

* Humasmatrimonial do not take any responsibility for the action of the persons utilizing the service.  You hereby indemnify and agree to hold Humasmatrimonial harmless from any and all claims of damages what so ever resulting from any introduction of individual(s) and the families.
